Human REG1 beta/REG1B ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA, double-antibody immunoassay from Assay Genie, designed for the quantitative measurement of human REG1β (Regenerating islet-derived protein 1 beta). The assay has a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.313-20 ng/mL, and is reactive with human samples.

It accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, and the kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Detection is performed colorimetrically by measuring absorbance at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.

Reported validation includes serum recovery of 88-98% (average 94%), EDTA plasma recovery of 86-102% (average 95%), and heparin plasma recovery of 85-104% (average 93%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions ranges from 85-99% to 87-104% depending on the matrix. The associated UniProt entry is P48304.
