Human Reelin (RELN) ELISA Kit

Recovery is reported as 95% in serum (range 89–101%) and 97% in plasma (range 91–103%), with linearity data provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.

Reelin (RELN; Uniprot P78509) is described as an extracellular matrix serine protease that plays a role in layering of neurons in the cerebral cortex and cerebellum, regulating microtubule function and neuronal migration, and modulating cell adhesion through interaction with the lipoprotein receptors VLDLR and LRP8/APOER2.
