Human Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-3 (ERBB3) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-3 (ERBB3), also referred to as HER3 or Proto-oncogene-like protein c-ErbB-3. ERBB3 is a member of the EGFR family of receptor tyrosine kinases involved in cell signaling, proliferation, differentiation, and survival, and dysregulation of ERBB3 signaling has been linked to cancer, making it a relevant biomarker for oncology research. The kit is intended for signal transduction research use only.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 39.2pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.7%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.0%. Linearity was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery averages 96% in serum (range 90-102%) and 98% in plasma (range 92-104%). The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human ERBB3 and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.
