Human Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2/ErbB2 ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of Human Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (ERBB2), also known as HER2, in human samples. It uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format with a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. ERBB2 is a key protein involved in cell growth and survival, with overexpression linked to cancers including breast and ovarian cancer, supporting research applications in oncology and related disease pathways.
