Human Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (ERBB2) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (ERBB2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay detects ERBB2 with a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL, recognising both natural and recombinant human Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2.

Reproducibility is supported by an intra-assay CV of 5.6% and inter-assay CV of 10.2%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with average recovery of 107% in serum and 109% in plasma. ERBB2, also known as HER2, is a proto-oncogenic receptor tyrosine kinase of the EGFR family whose overexpression is linked to several cancers, particularly breast cancer, making the kit well suited to oncology research.
