Human Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 3 (RIPK3) ELISA Kit

RIPK3 (UniProt Q9Y572) is essential for necroptosis, interacting with and phosphorylating RIPK1 and MLKL to form a necrosis-inducing complex, and activates the metabolic enzymes GLUL, GLUD1, and PYGL. Performance characteristics include a sandwich ELISA detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 5.1% and inter-assay CV of 7.4%. Reported linearity for serum (N=5) spans 87–123% across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16, with EDTA plasma at 92–120% and heparin plasma at 90–117%. Recovery averages are 82% for serum (range 80–88%) and 84% for plasma (range 80–90%).
