Human Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 2 (RIPK2) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 2 (RIPK2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method, with a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 40pg/mL.

RIPK2 is a serine/threonine/tyrosine kinase that plays an essential role in modulation of innate and adaptive immune responses, with subcellular localisation in the cytoplasm. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human RIPK2 (UniProt O43353) and is intended for research use only within the immunology field.

Reported performance characteristics include an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Recovery in serum averages 87% (range 81-93%) and in plasma averages 89% (range 83-95%). Linearity testing in serum (N=5) ranged from 80-90% at 1:2 dilution to 92-102% at 1:16; EDTA plasma ranged from 96-106% to 112-120%; heparin plasma ranged from 105-114% to 106-118% across the same dilutions.
