Human Reactive Inflammasome ELISA Sampler Kit II

Assay Genie's Human Reactive Inflammasome ELISA Sampler Kit II combines six coordinated microplate assays in one 6 x 48 well configuration, enabling parallel profiling of the canonical inflammasome cascade: pro-IL-1β, secreted IL-1β, IL-18, cleaved caspase-1 p20, NLRP3, and the adaptor ASC/PYCARD. Standards are calibrated against recombinant human targets, and matched lot reagents reduce inter-assay drift when comparing stimulated versus resting donor samples within the same microplate batch. Each box contains pre-coated 8-well strip plates, biotinylated detection antibodies, streptavidin-HRP, chromogen substrate, lyophilized standard vials, wash buffer concentrate, and assay diluent. Reconstituted standards are stored frozen between uses, and unopened kits are shipped refrigerated with documented shelf life of approximately six months. Applications span monocyte-derived macrophage polarization studies, pyroptosis readouts, NLRP3 inhibitor screening in cell culture, and confirmation of in vivo inflammasome activation in translational cohorts.
