Each plate ships with pre-coated wells, lyophilised standards, biotinylated detection antibodies, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution for 48 reactions. Plates are packaged for single use once opened; reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted and frozen to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles on working dilutions.
