Human RCOR1/CoREST PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1033)

The RCOR1 gene encodes REST corepressor 1, also known as CoREST, a chromatin-modifying protein that partners with REST/NRSF and the lysine demethylase LSD1 to silence neuronal genes outside the nervous system. Quantitative measurement of CoREST protein levels is valuable in studies of neural differentiation, stem cell fate decisions, and oncology, where altered RCOR1 expression has been reported in breast, prostate, and hematologic malignancies. This PharmaGenie immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured in a standard 96-well plate format with enzyme-based chromogenic detection, a working assay range of 0.625-40 ng/mL, and a minimum detectable dose of approximately 0.31 ng/mL, supporting pharmacodynamic and biomarker research in drug discovery programs targeting the LSD1/CoREST epigenetic complex.
