Human RBPMS ELISA Kit (HUFI06861)

RBPMS (RNA-binding protein with multiple splicing) plays key roles in mRNA transport, splicing regulation, and post-transcriptional gene control. It is widely studied as a marker for vascular smooth muscle cells, cardiac progenitor populations, and germ cell lineages, making quantitative detection valuable for cardiovascular biology, reproductive biology, and RNA-processing research. This microplate-format immunoassay from Assay Genie uses a 100 µL sample per well and produces an absorbance-based readout compatible with standard laboratory plate readers. The kit provides a pre-coated strip plate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standards, and assay buffer sufficient for 96 individual Assays. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and protected from light, with repeated freeze-thaw cycles of standard preparations avoided to preserve binding activity.
