RBPJ serves as the central transcriptional effector of the Notch signaling cascade, regulating genes that govern cell fate decisions, immune system maturation, and tissue development. As a DNA-binding protein of approximately 56 kDa, RBPJ interacts with the intracellular domains of all four mammalian Notch receptors to convert them from transcriptional repressors into activators upon ligand binding. Researchers studying hematopoiesis, T-cell lineage commitment, angiogenesis, and oncogenic Notch signaling rely on quantitative measurement of RBPJ protein levels in patient-derived samples to correlate expression with disease state and treatment response. The Assay Genie reagent set supports reproducible quantification through a research-use-only immunoassay workflow, making it a practical tool for laboratories investigating Notch pathway dysregulation in lymphoma, breast carcinoma, and other Notch-associated malignancies. Each kit is supplied as a complete set for 96 Assays and should be stored refrigerated with reagents protected from light until first use.
