Human Ras-related protein Rab-10 (RAB10) ELISA Kit

For research applications requiring quantification of human Rab10, Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA designed to measure Ras-related protein Rab-10 (RAB10) in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is reactive with human samples and detects natural and recombinant RAB10.

Performance is reported with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.073 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 5.3% and inter-assay precision is 8.1%.

Rab10 is a small GTPase of the Ras superfamily that regulates intracellular vesicle trafficking, with roles in processes including insulin-stimulated glucose uptake and cell migration. Dysregulation of Rab10 has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic disorders. The kit supports signal transduction research and is for research use only.
