Human RAPGEF5 ELISA Kit (HUFI06915)

RAPGEF5 is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor that activates Rap-family GTPases and participates in integrin-mediated signaling, cell adhesion, and cytoskeletal regulation. This Assay Genie immunoassay kit provides a colorimetric method for quantifying RAPGEF5 protein concentrations in appropriately prepared human specimens, with each plate configured for 96 Assays.

The assay is supplied as a complete ELISA workflow including a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate, and stop solution, supporting research applications in signal transduction, oncology, and vascular biology. It is intended for research use only.

Prior to running, all reagents should be brought to room temperature, with the standard curve freshly reconstituted and serially diluted per the enclosed protocol. Working streptavidin-HRP and detection antibody solutions are prepared immediately before use, and the chromogenic substrate is protected from light during the incubation step. Unused strips from the microplate can be stored sealed with desiccant for later studies, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted standards should be avoided to preserve curve integrity.
