Human RANK/TNFRSF11A ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie immunoassay kit is a sandwich ELISA configured with a double-antibody pair for the in vitro quantitative determination of human RANK (TNFRSF11A). Detection is colorimetric, read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development, and the assay is reactive with human samples.

It is intended for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid sample types. Manufacturer-reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a standard range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The kit is for research use only.

Spike-and-recovery testing returned an average of 91% in serum (n=5), 92% in EDTA plasma (n=5) and 92% in heparin plasma (n=5). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 94-103%, 88-104% and 85-105% for serum; 84-100%, 82-94% and 83-101% for EDTA plasma; and 80-95%, 91-99% and 83-100% for heparin plasma. Reported intra-assay CV is <8% and inter-assay CV is <10%.
