Human RANBP6 ELISA Kit (HUFI06912)

The Assay Genie Human RANBP6 ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of RAN Binding Protein 6, an importin-β family member involved in nucleocytoplasmic trafficking and the RAN GTPase cycle. Measurement can be performed on human serum or plasma specimens with a recommended 100 µL sample volume per well, supporting research into nuclear transport mechanisms, cell cycle regulation, and cancer-related pathways where altered RANBP6 expression has been studied.

Each microplate is supplied with pre-coated capture antibody, matched detection antibody, reference standards, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution required for the complete workflow.
