Human RAMP3 ELISA Kit (HUFI06907)

The Human RAMP3 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built to quantitatively measure Receptor Activity-Modifying Protein 3, a single-pass transmembrane accessory protein of approximately 16 kDa that traffics the calcitonin receptor-like receptor (CLR/RAMP3 heterodimer, also known as the AM2 receptor) to the cell surface. Researchers apply this kit to track RAMP3 expression in human-derived specimens in studies of cardiovascular biology, adrenomedullin and CGRP receptor pharmacology, and metabolic disease models such as insulin resistance and obesity.

The kit is supplied as a complete immunoassay with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop solution. The microplate layout supports up to 96 determinations in duplicate. Add the standard or sample to each well, incubate, wash, develop, and read the absorbance on a standard plate reader.

For best results, allow all reagents to reach room temperature before use; the unopened kit is shipped refrigerated and should be stored refrigerated until the expiry date on the label. Once opened, individual components such as the lyophilised standards and conjugate vials should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
