The RALYL protein (RNA-binding RALY-like) is a nuclear RNA-binding factor implicated in mRNA stability and post-transcriptional gene regulation, and circulating concentrations of RALYL are increasingly investigated as a research biomarker in hepatocellular carcinoma and other solid tumor studies. Capture and detection antibodies in this kit are raised against human RALYL epitopes, enabling specific detection with no significant cross-reactivity against closely related RALY family members. The immunoassay format is supplied as a complete kit with a pre-coated microplate strip frame, sealed antibody vials, lyophilized recombinant standards, and concentrated assay buffers. Each microplate well requires a small microliter sample volume measured in µL, supporting reproducible standard curves calibrated against recombinant human RALYL. Reagents should be kept frozen at -20 °C; protect chromogen substrates from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of diluted antibody preparations.
