Human RalBP1-associated Eps domain-containing protein 2 (REPS2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human RalBP1-associated Eps domain-containing protein 2 (REPS2), also known as Partner of RalBP1, RalBP1-interacting protein 2, and POB1. The kit uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method and is reactive with human samples. It is intended for research use only.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay shows specificity for natural and recombinant human REPS2 (UniProt Q8NFH8). Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.19 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and inter-assay CV of 10.8%. Recovery in serum averages 100% (range 94–106%) and in plasma averages 102% (range 96–108%). REPS2 is a cytoplasmic adaptor protein involved in growth factor signaling via its influence on the Ral signaling pathway.

The kit is supplied with a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate solution, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage conditions specified for each component.
