Human RAG2 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for quantitative detection of human RAG2, this sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format with a colorimetric readout and accepts a broad range of sample types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit delivers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a measurable range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, making it well suited to research into RAG2 (Recombination Activating Gene 2) and its role in V(D)J recombination, which is essential for the generation of diverse antibodies and T cell receptors. The assay follows a defined six-step protocol: reagent and plate preparation; primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes; biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes; HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC) incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes; TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes; and a stop reaction with absorbance measurement at 450 nm. All kit reagents are intended for storage at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
