Quantify the human cell cycle checkpoint protein RAD9A in research samples with this immunoassay from Assay Genie. RAD9A forms part of the heterotrimeric 9-1-1 complex (RAD9–RAD1–HUS1), recruited to stalled replication forks and DNA double-strand break sites, where it activates ATR–Chk1 signaling and supports genome surveillance. The kit supports studies of DNA damage response pathways, replication stress, checkpoint integrity in cancer cell lines, and the role of RAD9A in chemoresistance and tumor progression. Each pack contains reagents sufficient for one microplate of assays, run on a standard absorbance-based workflow read on a plate reader. Reactivity is specific to human RAD9A.
