Human RAD23B ELISA Kit (HUFI06932)

RAD23B (RAD23 Homolog B, also known as HR23B) is a nucleotide excision repair protein that shuttles ubiquitinated substrates to the proteasome and assists in recognizing DNA lesions caused by UV light. This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of RAD23B in research specimens, supporting investigations into DNA damage response, xeroderma pigmentosum biology, chemotherapeutic resistance mechanisms, and protein turnover pathways.

The microplate-based immunoassay provides pre-coated wells, biotinylated capture antibody, protein standards, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Each kit contains materials for 96 individual determinations, appropriate for analyzing patient cohorts or treatment-condition panels in parallel. The protocol requires approximately 100 uL of sample per determination and follows a short incubation workflow.
