Human RABGGTA ELISA Kit (HUFI08574)

Assay Genie's quantitative ELISA kit enables researchers to measure endogenous levels of the Rab geranylgeranyltransferase alpha subunit (RABGGTA) protein in human specimens. RABGGTA supplies the catalytic core of the Rab GGTase complex that transfers geranylgeranyl lipid groups onto Rab GTPases, a post-translational modification required for membrane attachment of these vesicle trafficking regulators. Altered RABGGTA expression is studied in contexts ranging from endomembrane identity and cargo sorting to immune synapse function and pathogen entry mechanisms.

The kit ships as a complete microplate-based assay with pre-coated wells and all reagents needed for absorbance-based quantitation on a standard plate reader.
