Human Rabenosyn 5 ELISA Kit (HUFI06937)

The Rabenosyn 5 (RBSN) target captured by this Assay Genie ELISA is a FYVE-domain Rab effector that localises to early endosomes and coordinates Rab5/Rab4-dependent cargo sorting, supporting studies of membrane trafficking, receptor internalisation and endocytic pathway regulation.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate strip frame, capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrator standards, wash concentrate and substrate solution. The protocol uses a 50 uL sample volume per well, run alongside a standard curve of recombinant RBSN protein.

Store the sealed kit refrigerated at 4 °C; aliquot reconstituted standards to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Reagents remain stable until the printed expiry when handled as directed. For research use only.
