Human RAB11A ELISA Kit

Designed for quantifying RAB11A protein in human samples, this Assay Genie colorimetric sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The workflow uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL with an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. RAB11A (Ras-related protein Rab-11A) regulates intracellular membrane trafficking and contributes to cell signaling, cell polarity, and cytokinesis. Its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and infectious diseases, supporting its use as a biomarker in disease research and therapeutic development.

The kit is stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
