Human R-spondin-1/RSPO1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative measurement of human R-spondin-1 (RSPO1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and is validated for use with human specimens only.

Performance specifications quoted by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Unopened kits are stored at 2–8 °C for up to 12 months. The protocol involves equilibration of reagents, a 37 °C primary incubation of 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
