Human R-spondin-1 (RSPO1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human R-spondin-1 (RSPO1). RSPO1 is a secreted activator of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling cascade that acts as a ligand for LGR4-6 receptors and influences stem cell maintenance, tissue regeneration and development. Dysregulation has been associated with cancer, inflammatory and developmental disorders, supporting its value as a research biomarker.

The assay accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reported sensitivity is 43 pg/mL with a detection range of 78–5000 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.5% and inter-assay CV is 9.1%. Recovery averages 102% (range 96–108%) in serum and 104% (range 98–110%) in plasma. Specificity covers natural and recombinant human R-spondin-1. The kit is for research use only.

Sample handling: serum should be allowed to clot, then centrifuged at 1000 × g for 20 minutes; plasma is collected with anticoagulant and centrifuged at 1000 × g for 15 minutes at 2–8°C. Uniprot reference: Q2MKA7.
