Human Quiescin Q6 Sulfhydryl Oxidase 1 (QSOX1) ELISA Kit

QSOX1 is a flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD)-dependent sulfhydryl oxidase that catalyzes the introduction of disulfide bridges into nascent proteins within the endoplasmic reticulum and is also secreted into the extracellular environment. Expression levels have been investigated in breast, lung, and pancreatic tumor tissues, where elevated QSOX1 has been associated with extracellular matrix remodeling, tumor invasion, and reduced patient survival.

The kit works with human-derived sample matrices relevant to clinical and biomedical research. Refrigerated storage at 4°C is recommended for kit components to preserve antibody and standard integrity prior to running the assay.
