Human QKI ELISA Kit (HUFI06947)

Quantitative measurement of Quaking (QKI) protein in human specimens is supported by the Assay Genie Human QKI ELISA Kit, a sandwich-format assay used in research laboratories studying RNA-binding protein biology. QKI is a KH-domain protein with roles in pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA stability, microRNA processing, and oligodendrocyte differentiation, and is increasingly investigated in the context of myelination disorders and cancers such as glioblastoma.

Supplied as a 96 Assays kit, the assay produces a colorimetric readout on standard microplate readers. The format is intended for research use only and accommodates investigation of QKI isoform expression, biomarker discovery, and pathway studies across human sample-derived material.
