Human PYY2/Putative peptide YY2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Putative peptide YY-2 (PYY2) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich assay uses a colorimetric readout and provides a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL with a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Uniprot reference: Q9NRI6. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

Dilution linearity on serum (n=5) was 88–104% at 1:2, 83–101% at 1:4 and 85–97% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) gave 86–103%, 82–100% and 82–99%, and heparin plasma (n=5) gave 90–104%, 83–100% and 81–97%. Spike-and-recovery averaged 97% for serum (range 90–103%), 91% for EDTA plasma (86–101%) and 94% for heparin plasma (87–102%).
