Human PVRIG ELISA Kit (HUFI06963)

This immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human poliovirus receptor-related immunoglobulin domain-containing protein (PVRIG, also known as CD112R) in research samples. PVRIG is a co-inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor expressed on activated T lymphocytes and natural killer cells, where it binds Nectin-2 (CD112) on antigen-presenting and tumor cells to attenuate effector responses. Structurally related to TIGIT and CD96, PVRIG dampens T cell receptor signaling upon ligand engagement, and the PVRIG-Nectin-2 axis is an active target in cancer immunotherapy research. Measuring circulating PVRIG supports studies of tumor immune evasion, the tumor microenvironment, and combination checkpoint blockade strategies pairing anti-PD-1 or anti-TIGIT agents. The kit is supplied with pre-coated microplate strips and the reagents required to generate a standard curve and run the detection workflow.
