Human Putative peptide YY-3 (PYY3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Putative peptide YY-3 (PYY3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a working detection range of 6.25-400pg/mL and a sensitivity of 3.12pg/mL.

Precision has been characterized with an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and an inter-assay CV of 7.8%. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery averaged 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma. The kit specifically recognizes natural and recombinant human Putative peptide YY-3 and is intended for research use only within the neurosciences field.
