Human Pulmonary Surfactant Associated Protein D/SPD ELISA Kit

Using a double-antibody sandwich format, the assay relies on a pre-coated capture antibody and a biotin-conjugated detection antibody, with HRP-Streptavidin and a TMB substrate producing a colorimetric reaction that is read at 450 nm.
