Human PTPRA ELISA Kit (HUFI06974)

This Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative immunoassay workflow for measuring PTPRA, also called receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase alpha (RPTPα), in human research samples. The phosphatase is broadly expressed and has been linked to integrin signalling, neuronal differentiation, and several solid tumour contexts, supporting studies in cancer biology, neuroscience, and cell-matrix adhesion.

Each pack contains a capture-antibody coated microplate, lyophilised standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate. Add serum or plasma to the wells, incubate, wash, then develop with substrate and read the absorbance. The assay is species-specific to human PTPRA detection.
