Human PTPD2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody, colorimetric format to quantify human PTPD2 (Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Delta) in research samples. It is intended for use with human specimens and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been validated across serum (85–100%, 84–99%, 81–98% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions; n = 5), EDTA plasma (87–92%, 86–93%, 83–96%) and heparin plasma (86–103%, 87–98%, 84–96%). Recovery is 95–104% (average 100%) for serum, 88–102% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma and 85–101% (average 93%) for heparin plasma. The assay workflow involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate, incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes for antigen binding, adding biotin-labeled detection antibody (37°C, 60 minutes), adding HRP-Streptavidin SABC (37°C, 30 minutes), developing color with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, stopping the reaction and reading absorbance at 450 nm.
