The assay targets the biologically active 1-84 amino acid hormone, supporting clinical research on calcium homeostasis, bone metabolism disorders, hyperparathyroidism, and chronic kidney disease. Verified performance includes a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, analytical sensitivity below 5 pg/mL, and a 50 µL sample volume per well, with absorbance readable in any standard plate reader. Each kit supplies a pre-coated strip plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, and assay diluent, sufficient for 96 Assays.
