Human PTCH2 ELISA Kit (HUFI06980)

This Assay Genie PTCH2 (Patched-2) ELISA quantitatively measures a 12-pass transmembrane Hedgehog pathway receptor, whose loss-of-function mutations are linked to basal cell carcinoma, medulloblastoma, and Gorlin syndrome in oncology and developmental signaling studies.

Workflow: Add 100 µL of standard or prepared sample to each microplate well, incubate with a biotinylated anti-PTCH2 detection antibody, conjugate with streptavidin-HRP, and develop with TMB substrate; the resulting chromogenic signal scales with PTCH2 concentration in the specimen.

Storage and handling: Refrigerate unopened kit components on arrival; freeze the standard, detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP at -20 °C protected from light, and aliquot working stocks to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
