The microplate-based kit ships with pre-coated capture antibody, biotin-conjugated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP, standards, and assay buffer. A 100 uL sample volume is loaded per well, and reconstituted components remain stable when stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C.
