Developed by Assay Genie, the Human PSME3 ELISA Kit quantitatively detects proteasome activator subunit 3, also known as PA28γ or REGγ, an 11S regulator of ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis implicated in cell-cycle control, apoptosis modulation, viral-host interactions, and tumor biology research. The kit is supplied in a 96 Assays microplate format and uses a human-specific capture antibody paired with a matched detection reagent, making it useful for studies of proteasomal regulation in human-derived samples.

Compatible matrices include serum, plasma, and lysates prepared from cultured cell lines. Each reaction requires a sample volume of approximately 50-100 µL per well, and the workflow runs on a standard microplate reader.
