Human PSME2 ELISA Kit (HUFI06992)

The PSME2 protein, also known as proteasome activator 28 subunit beta (PA28β), is an interferon-gamma-inducible component of the immunoproteasome that modulates MHC class I antigen presentation. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of PSME2 in human serum and plasma samples through a sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric readout. Reagents include a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant standards, wash buffer, and substrate solution sufficient for 96 determinations.

PSME2 quantification supports research in cancer immunotherapy, autoimmune disease mechanisms, viral infection biology, and vaccine development by tracking antigen processing pathway activity. The capture antibody is human-specific and shows no significant cross-reactivity with rat or mouse PSME2 homologs. All reagents are intended for in vitro research use only.
