PSMD3 (26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 3) is a component of the 19S regulatory cap of the 26S proteasome, the cellular machinery responsible for ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation. The Assay Genie Human PSMD3 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of this regulatory subunit in human research samples, supporting studies of proteasome biology and disease-associated dysregulation.

Altered PSMD3 expression has been documented in hepatocellular carcinoma and breast cancer tissues, where elevated levels correlate with tumor staging and poorer prognostic outcomes.
