Human PSMD13 ELISA Kit (HUFI08588)

Assay Genie's quantitative PSMD13 immunoassay measures the 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 13 (PSMD13, also known as Rpn9) in human-derived research biospecimens. PSMD13 is a component of the lid subcomplex of the 19S regulatory particle and contributes to recognition of polyubiquitinated substrates destined for 26S proteasomal degradation. This ELISA-based microplate assay supports research on the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, protein homeostasis, cancer cell biology, neurodegeneration, and proteasome-related disorders. Each kit supplies reagents for 96 individual determinations and is compatible with standard microplate readers, with all reagents requiring refrigerated storage to preserve antibody binding activity.
