Human PSMC2 (Proteasome 26S subunit ATPase 2) ELISA Kit (HUFI07007)

PSMC2 is the ATPase 2 subunit of the 19S regulatory particle, supplying the energy needed to unfold ubiquitinated substrates entering the 26S proteasome for degradation. The kit supports quantification of this regulatory subunit in human serum and plasma for studies of cancer proteolysis, neurodegenerative disease models, and muscle wasting research. The microplate-based format uses approximately 100 µL sample per well with all buffers, detection antibody, and standard curve reagents included.
