Human PSMA/GCPII ELISA Kit (HUFI07023)

PSMA (Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen), also known as glutamate carboxypeptidase II (GCPII), is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that functions in folate uptake and in the hydrolysis of the neuropeptide NAAG. It is highly expressed in prostatic epithelium and in the neovasculature of many solid tumors. This kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of soluble PSMA/GCPII levels in human samples, supporting research into prostate cancer progression, tumor angiogenesis, and neurobiology.

The microplate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody. Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 96 determinations and is intended for research use only. Store kit components refrigerated; protect the standard from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to maintain shelf life. The assay requires a 50 uL sample volume per well.
