Human PSKH2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07022)

The Assay Genie Human PSKH2 ELISA Kit measures Protein Serine Kinase H2, a membrane-anchored member of the serine/threonine kinase family involved in intracellular signaling and protein phosphorylation. The assay is configured for 96 individual determinations and is intended for quantitative measurement in human-derived research specimens using a two-antibody capture format on a pre-coated microplate, with 100 µL of sample loaded per well. Each kit includes biotinylated detection antibody, calibration standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and wash buffer. The PSKH2 target is a Golgi- and plasma membrane-associated kinase implicated in protein processing and cell signaling pathways, making this kit useful for kinase expression profiling and biomarker research in cancer and signal transduction studies. The antibodies are specific for the human PSKH1/PSKH2 family and have been validated against human cell lysate samples. Unopened kits should be refrigerated at 4°C; protect from light.
