The Human PSG4 ELISA Kit targets Pregnancy-Specific Beta-1-Glycoprotein 4, a secreted immunoglobulin-superfamily glycoprotein belonging to the carcinoembryonic antigen family. PSG4 is expressed by placental syncytiotrophoblast and circulates in maternal blood throughout gestation, and it has also been investigated as a candidate biomarker in oncology contexts where dysregulated expression has been reported.

Assay Genie's kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, matched antibody pairs, recombinant reference standard, dilution buffers, wash concentrate, and chromogenic substrate. Reconstituted components should be kept refrigerated; long-term storage of working stocks requires freezing at -20°C in single-use aliquots to prevent performance loss from repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
