Human PRPSAP2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07029)

The Assay Genie Human PRPSAP2 ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative determination of Phosphoribosyl Pyrophosphate Synthetase Associated Protein 2 in human serum and plasma. PRPSAP2 functions as a regulatory subunit of PRPS, the rate-limiting enzyme of de novo purine biosynthesis, and altered levels have been studied in the context of nucleotide metabolism, PRS superactivity, and certain proliferative conditions.

This research-use-only kit employs a pre-coated microplate workflow with all reagents supplied ready-to-use, including coated wells, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. The assay is configured for 96 Assays per kit and follows a sandwich immunoassay protocol with a sample volume of 100 uL per well.
