Human PRPSAP1/Phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthase-associated protein 1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric, double-antibody Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Phosphoribosyl Pyrophosphate Synthase-Associated Protein 1 (PRPSAP1), also known by the synonyms PAP39, PRPP synthase-associated protein 1, and 39 kDa phosphoribosypyrophosphate synthase-associated protein (UniProt Q14558). The kit is reactive with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is listed in the Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling research area.

Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum (n=5) gave 87-105% at 1:2 and 82-96% at 1:4; EDTA plasma (n=5) gave 86-100%, 91-101% and 80-87% at the three dilutions; heparin plasma (n=5) gave 90-100%, 82-96% and 87-91%. Spike-and-recovery across the same matrices returned ranges and averages of 89-105% (99%) for serum, 86-104% (97%) for EDTA plasma, and 87-103% (96%) for heparin plasma.

The workflow follows a standard sandwich protocol: equilibrate reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, load standards, samples and blanks onto the pre-coated plate and incubate at 37°C for 90 minutes, add biotin-labelled detection antibody and incubate for 60 minutes, add HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, develop with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, then add stop solution and read absorbance at 450 nm. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
