PRPF3 (Pre-mRNA Processing Factor 3) is a key component of the U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP spliceosomal complex, and mutations in this gene are linked to autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa (RP18). This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of PRPF3 across a broad dynamic range using an immunoassay workflow run on a pre-coated microplate.
