Human Protoporphyrinogen Oxidase/PPOX ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Protoporphyrinogen Oxidase (PPOX). The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout and is intended for human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. PPOX is an enzyme critical for heme biosynthesis, and dysregulation of PPOX has been linked to porphyrias and certain types of cancer.
